Tim Lawless
RP Data
Tim Lawless is RP Data’s National Research Director. He joined the company in 2007 and from this time has embarked on developing a renewed focus for the group’s internal property data research division.
Along with his team, Tim has expanded the RP Data research division to now report on the property market on a daily basis through visual and personal presentations and has become a successful keynote speaker for industry-related conferences and seminars. Tim has become a regular voice in the Australia media where he regularly reports on trends and current market conditions.

Dr Nicola Powell
Domain Group
Dr Nicola Powell is Senior Research Analyst for Domain Group. Nicola is the leading force behind Domain’s data reports that keep the Australian public up to date on what’s happening in the market. She is a well known property expert, featuring regularly on broadcast and in print media, as well as Domain’s media channels. Nicola’s analysis drives the agenda for the nation’s property conversation. She is known for her succinct, easily understood, commentary style and in-depth analysis of market trends.

Leigh Warner
JLL
Leigh is a National Director of Research, based in Brisbane. He leads JLL’s residential and alternative sectors research nationally, as well as overseeing Queensland research across all sectors. He also has responsibility for coordinating the firm’s macroeconomic research.
Leigh is an experienced industry researcher with over fifteen years’ experience in commercial property and economics. In addition to over 10 years in commercial property analysis and consulting with JLL, Leigh spent nearly three years in research and strategy for LaSalle Investment Management. He also has almost five years’ experience at the start of his career in economics focused roles at the Reserve Bank of Australia and Queensland Treasury.

Sally Dale
Opteon
Sally Dale is the State Director of Opteon NSW/ACT/QLD. She has over 25 years’ experience in senior management, property valuations and advisory services. During her time at Opteon, Sally was previously the National Executive Operations Manager and Director of Opteon Sydney. She has also been the owner of a successful Sydney based valuation firm as well as operating her own consultancy and valuation practice.
