Simon is a senior member of JLL’s Talent Acquisition team based in Sydney. Responsible for recruitment across multiple business lines nationally, Simon has over 12 years’ talent acquisition experience in Australia and Asia, focusing on the property and real estate industry.
As a specialist in property and real estate, he also advises on HR project work, talent pipelining & creative sourcing, succession planning, and end to end talent acquisition for JLL’s Valuations & Advisory, Facilities Management, Property & Asset Management, and Project Management business lines.
John is a Director at Capstone and has been responsible for leading our extensive portfolio of property clients. He has completed a long list of assignments for clients across Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore markets, with a focus on fund managers, private equity, investment banking and capital markets. John has a varied client base that includes large institutional property owners, global asset managers, boutique fund managers, property advisory groups and corporate entities with significant property interests.
Lachlan is a Senior Associate for Brookfield Properties, managing the commercial property analyst team.
Mr. Reid joined Brookfield in 2014. His current role includes overseeing analytical output for the asset management, development management and capital markets teams. Mr Reid oversees the running of internal and external valuations, leasing assessments, development underwriting, joint venture structuring and purchase and sales analysis.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Reid held roles at Colliers International and CBRE where he worked in the research and valuations teams.
Mr Reid has a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Western Sydney University.

Nicholas van Beek
Nicholas has over ten years’ experience in providing property and valuation advice associated with proposed and existing transport infrastructure and healthcare assets. Nicholas has been with EY Sydney for nine years and prior to this was employed by a multinational valuation company.
Nicholas specialises in undertaking financial modelling, valuation, risk analysis, commercial structuring and identifying value add opportunities. He has worked extensively with engineers, quantity surveyors and other technical advisers. Nicholas has been involved with a number of transport and healthcare projects in Australia and New Zealand in addition to other projects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Since joining Opteon Sydney Henry has had a very active involvement in the valuation of properties throughout Greater Sydney focusing in the North West and Western Suburbs. This includes prestige properties, commercial, acreage and en-globo land subdivisions in the North West growth corridor. Henry has gained significant experience in the residential, commercial and rural property valuation fields over the last 15 years being extensively involved in all sectors. He currently manages a team of 29 valuers as Regional Director and is currently a Valuer for the Commonwealth Bank Elite Panel and National Australia Bank Prestige Panel where his broad experience is invaluable.
Preston Rowe Paterson
Greg has extensive experience within the property industry. Greg’s comprehensive knowledge has enabled him to work across all real estate classes for investment property advisory services. This has included valuation advisory work for complex freehold and leasehold commercial, retail, industrial, hotel and special purpose property. Greg has also been actively engaged in major transactions comprising head lease restructures for airport and shipping port transactions as well as other infrastructure assignments.
Greg, who is Chairman of Preston Rowe Paterson, established the company in Sydney during 1988 and has been instrumental in the growth of the business. Greg regularly acts for listed and unlisted REITs, superannuation funds, corporate, government and private clients providing services such as investment and development valuation, asset valuation for financial reporting, advisory, acquisition, due diligence and capital markets advisory.
Greg is on the executive board of the Property Funds Association of Australia and has previously been the NSW State President and National President and Chairman of the Australian Property Institute (API) Limited.
Charter Keck Cramer
Bennett Wulff joined Charter Keck Cramer in March 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property and Construction from the University of Melbourne, having majored in finance and property.
Bennett is the Director of Charter’s Sydney operations, providing property solutions to a diverse range of clients, specialising in the areas of detailed feasibility analysis and development site due diligence, divestments, acquisitions, development and highest and best use assessments.
