While many say that there is too much apartment choice on the Perth market – the question is – is it the right choice?

Samantha Reece is Director of PropertyESP and the WA Apartment Advocacy and she will be revealing some interesting results from the recent apartment survey with 359 respondents.  What are buyers and renters seeking in the future?  How many bedrooms? What amenities? Which locations? What design elements?  This is the first research of its kind in WA and provides a great insight into what planners should be considering with future designs.
