Darren is a highly respected Valuer who has extensive experience in a wide range of property from basic residential holdings through to retail, commercial and industrial property. Over the course of the last 23 years Darren has gained comprehensive knowledge within the child care space, being recognised Nationally as an expert in the field. In addition, he has undertaken presentations at conferences in Queensland and New South Wales and has completed presentations at Bond University, University of Queensland and QUT as a specialist child care valuer.

Nick specialised in commercial and project analysis, including building complex models to assess the profitability of potential projects and transactions, and continued analysis of ongoing business performance.

This expertise covers all facets of the project from site review through to financial modelling, due diligence completion and assistance with the settlement process.

Mr Rockwell is a proven sale, financial advisory and property finance professional. He has worked as a business development manager, licensed securities dealer and principal for originating, structuring, financing and delivering investment and development projects spanning the residential and commercial property sectors over the past 15 years.
