Laila is the National Director of Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living. She specialises in providing valuation and property advice.
Over the course of her career, Laila has worked across a range of asset classes including residential, commercial and industrial properties. In her current role, Laila undertakes valuations and advises clients in relation to health retirement, aged care and disability assets including going concern and freehold valuations on existing and proposed projects. Laila has been working as a Property Valuer since 1997 providing a range of valuation services in both the residential and commercial sectors and also spent five years managing and operating her own real estate practice in Adelaide before moving to Melbourne in 2005.
Senior Director - Retirement and Healthcare, CBRE (QLD)
Warren has over 15 years' experience in providing professional valuations to private and public sector owners, lending institutions and consultants in respect of retirement villages, residential aged care facilities and health facilities.
He also has extensive experience in aged care and retirement village feasibility studies and development options analysis, including cash flow and demand modelling.
Warren has over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry as a property valuer, which encompasses valuations within Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Partner, Knight Frank Health & Aged Care (VIC)
Sam joined Knight Frank Valuations as a Director in 2001, after holding valuation roles at several Melbourne property consultancies. His experience includes a range of healthcare property ranging from retirement villages, manufactured home estates (also known as land lease communities), private hospitals and residential aged care facilities. Sam was involved in the specialised national health and aged care platform for Knight Frank in Australia in 2005, making a major contribution to the establishment of this business.
Sam has been instrumental in providing detailed property advice in a range of health care property, with detailed benchmarking of properties based on key performance indicators. Sam has also spoken to industry/client groups on the health care property sector and has given evidence as an expert witness in court and acted in advisory roles in litigation. Sam has been active in the assessments of going concern, freehold and leasehold interests and related intangible assets. Sam is a Preferred Panel Valuer for this market sector for a number of major national banks and public companies.
