Four o'clock Forum: Identifying Risks in the ACT Residential Market (A170427)
The ACT residential market has performed well during 2016 and early 2017, with the detached housing market achieving record prices in most regions, whilst the medium density market has not achieved the same results.
This session will provide a comparison of the ACT residential market with other capital city markets in Australia, plus an insight into the drivers and metrics that have moved the ACT residential market over the past 24 months.
In addition, following the October 2016 update of the Australian Banking and Finance Industry (ABFI) Residential Valuation Standing Instructions, a review and update on residential industry changes will be presented.
Registrations for this event will close Friday, 21 April 2017, so please register prior to close of business on this day to avoid disappointment.
