The growth of the ACT is dependent on rejuvenation. A major consideration for brownfill sites in the current position of the existing Crown Lease and the estimated Lease Variation Charge payable upon DA approval.

This session provides insight into the various stages of ACT legislation in which Crown Leases have been issued and the current complexities of the Lease Variation Charge regime.
