Marcus has been actively engaged in the healthcare real estate advisory space since 1985. Marcus has been actively involved in valuation, feasibility studies implementation and management of various healthcare related properties. This involvement has extended to the implementation of co-locations throughout Australia and divestment of key private hospitals. This involvement is essentially in the areas of private hospital, age care facilities and retirement villages.
