Implications for the 2019 Queensland Property and Finance Market
What does 2019 hold for the Queensland property and financial markets? How will interest rates and the markets be affected by the domestic and global economies in 2019? What would happen if there is another round of tightening measures from APRA and further cooling of offshore investor demand? Will the current supply finally outpace demand in the near future? What is the future of Australia's lending landscape?
Find out from Paul Bloxham, one of Australia’s leading economists what the economic indicators are forecasting for the property and financial markets in 2019.
Following his presentation, Paul will join our expert panel for an insightful Q&A session. This is an economic update not to be missed.
The Economic Indicators Lunch is hosted by the Australian Property Institute and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
