In providing advice to our clients and lenders today it is important that we have some knowledge surrounding contamination issues.

It is important to keep up-to-date with changes to legislation and flag potential issues that the lender or client may need to address prior to making a decision on purchasing or providing funding.

We have assembled a number of experts in the contamination field to provide us with an overview to enable us to understand the pitfalls and dangers of contaminated sites and properties.

This seminar will be chaired by Tony Mangioni, Director, Mangioni Property Valuations and Consultancy Pty Ltd.
