API Fellows' Lunch: NSW (N170721)
Open to all Members, the API Fellows' Lunch is an exciting initiative by the API presenting annual luncheons with special speakers and guests. Members of the API are invited to attend the Fellows Lunch and are encouraged to invite guests.
Each lunch will have a business speaker who is inspirational, fascinating and always topical, and the event will focus on membership support and networking in a ‘property professional’ environment.
The API Fellows' Lunch will feature a presentation by The Hon Michael Sukkar MP, Assistant Minister to the Treasurer.

Assistant Minister to the Treasurer
Michael Sukkar is the Federal Member for Deakin and the Assistant Minister to the Treasurer. He was elected to the Australian House of Representatives at the 2013 federal election and is the ninth person to hold the seat of Deakin since its creation in 1937.
Prior to entering the Parliament, Michael Sukkar spent seven years working as a lawyer with the firm, Ashurst Australia (then known as Blake Dawson Waldron) where he was a Senior Associate. In this role, he advised many of Australia’s most successful individuals and largest corporate groups. Before this role, he worked as a Senior Consultant with accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialised in taxation.
On January 24th 2017 Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull appointed Michael to the Ministry as Assistant Minister to the Treasurer. Michael has previously served on a number of parliamentary committees, including being the Chairman of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence & Security.

Ian Cover is a founding member of ABC Radio's Coodabeen Champions, now in their 30th season of broadcasting.
Ian is a former member of the Victorian Liberal Party and was Shadow Minister for Sport, Recreation and Youth Affairs and Shadow Minister for Racing.
