Young Property Professionals Event: Becoming the Expert (A190523)
The YPP invite you to join 2 of Canberra's resident property experts to hear how they became the market leaders in their respective fields. The evening will have a panel discussion with Tim Mutton (JLL) and Rebecca Jakubaszek (Knight Frank) and hear how they have developed their careers to be where they are today. The discussion will be followed by networking drinks and canapes.

Senior Property Manager, Knight Frank
Rebecca is Senior Property Manager for the ISPT ACT Portfolio at Knight Frank Australia.
Operating within the property industry for 14 years, Rebecca has actively managed numerous commercial office, retail and industrial assets across the ACT on behalf of a diverse range of both public and private sector clients.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has held a diverse range of roles within the commercial property industry in Property Management, Facilities Management and Valuations which has undoubtedly contributed to her unique and well-rounded skillset.
Rebecca holds a degree in Bachelor of Business (Property) and is a Certified Practising Valuer as well as AAPI status with the Australian Property Institute.
She was awarded Young Achiever of the Year by the Australian Property Institute (API) ACT in 2016 and was a national finalist for Young Achiever of the Year in 2017 with the API. Furthermore, Rebecca was a national finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Young Achiever of the Year in 2017 and selected to take part in their 100 Women in Property program in the same year.
Senior Director, JLL
Tim is the Head of Sales and Investments for JLL in the ACT. Tim has been involved in the Canberra property industry for over 15 years. Tim has worked as a Valuer and more recently an Agent across office, industrial, retail and residential development for a variety of clients who consider him a trusted advisor.
Tim’s role involves the relationship management of an extensive list of institutional, private, and offshore clients to assist with the sale and acquisition of major commercial investments and development projects.
