Securing new leases is often a complex and lengthy process.  It typically requires negotiating with prospective tenants via a licensed estate agent in the first instance.  Agreeing on commercial terms within a lease proposal is generally the aim of the negotiating phase. The agreed commercial terms are subsequently formalised with the drafting and executing of a binding lease between the parties by appropriate legal representatives.  This forum is designed to provide an insight into the current issues surrounding securing new leases in the marketplace.

Registrations for this event will close Friday, 15 March 2019 so please register prior to close of business on this day to avoid disappointment.
