4:00 Forum: Negotiating, Drafting and Executing New Leases in the Current Marketplace (A190321)
Securing new leases is often a complex and lengthy process. It typically requires negotiating with prospective tenants via a licensed estate agent in the first instance. Agreeing on commercial terms within a lease proposal is generally the aim of the negotiating phase. The agreed commercial terms are subsequently formalised with the drafting and executing of a binding lease between the parties by appropriate legal representatives. This forum is designed to provide an insight into the current issues surrounding securing new leases in the marketplace.
