Danny Thomas
Regional Director, CBRE Agribusiness

As Regional Director of CBRE Agribusiness, Danny Thomas is responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of over 40 agribusiness transaction, valuation and advisory specialists operating across Australia and New Zealand. CBRE Agribusiness is a division of the CBRE Group, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (in terms of 2018 revenue).

Shane Robb
Director, Urbis

Shane Robb is an expert in Melbourne real estate, with almost 30 years’ experience as a valuer, advisor, agent and acquisitions manager.

Shane established Urbis’ industrial valuations and advisory division in 2012, and is now also responsible for the commercial sector, leading a team of six. He manages most of Urbis’ relationships with national institutional and industrial owners.

Shane’s diversity of appointments and experience include traditional single property freehold and rental valuation engagements; portfolio (multiple sectors, states and properties) engagement; Highest and Best Use/Feasibility engagements and Transaction Management and Advice.

Zelman Ainsworth
Senior Associate, Director, CBRE

Zelman joined the CBRE - Retail Services’ team after 7 years in the property finance industry. Zelman worked with all major lenders in Australia organising finance for a variety of different commercial properties across the country. Since joining CBRE, Zelman now focuses exclusively on CBD and inner city retail leasing and has been involved in a significant number of high profile projects including St Collins Lane, St James, 357 Collins Street, Jam Factory, The Arts Centre, Fed Square, 500 Bourke Street, 500 Collins Street, Rialto Retail, Southern Cross Train Station, InterContinental Hotel and more.

Zelman’s maintains an impressive track record with clients by developing lasting business relationships which enhances his strengths in negotiating lease properties. With a genuine love of retail and understanding of current trends, Zelman is very creative in sourcing new exciting trends adding a real point of difference.

After completing high school in 2000, Zelman furthered his studies at RMIT where he undertook a Bachelor of Business Finance and has recently completed a Masters in Business Property.

Angie Zigomanis
Director Residential, Charter Keck Cramer

Angie is Director Residential in Charter Keck Cramer’s Research and Strategy team with 25 years’ experience in the residential property sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has previously worked in research roles at CBRE, Urban Land Corporation (now Development Victoria) and more recently at BIS Oxford Economics, leading their residential research and consultancy team. At Charter Keck Cramer, he is responsible for the firm’s residential research programme and consulting work.

Angie’s experience covers residential property markets nationally across both the apartment and greenfield sectors. His expertise in residential market analysis, together with his extensive experience in preparing unique and tailored research on residential demand and supply, is widely recognised within the Australian property industry. His clients have included local and state government, private developers, community housing providers, fund managers and institutions, with a wide range of work being undertaken, including demographic profiling, demand and supply analysis, market research, as well as rent, price and building forecasts.

Nicki Hutley    
Partner, Deloitte Access Economics

Nicki Hutley is a senior partner at Deloitte Access. She is a highly experienced economist, with broad-based expertise in macro- and micro- economic modelling and analysis, gained over nearly three decades of practice in financial and investment markets and consulting. Her clients include all levels of Government and the private sector and she is passionate about using economics to improve the quality of lives through well-reasoned policy.

Nicki is a regular commentator on economic and financial issues in the media, a frequent panellist on ABC's The Drum, and a sought-after keynote speaker.

Annabel McFarlane    
JLL Senior Director - Research

Annabel is a JLL Senior Director – Research. She has responsibility for generating thought leadership research, providing strategic advice to JLL business lines and clients and presenting the firm’s research to some of the largest domestic and offshore investors, institutions and developers and at industry events.

She is passionate about Melbourne and its future growth and is project lead in JLL’s National 3D mapping project – this won the Innovation in Property award at the API Excellence in Property Awards in 2018.
