The Young Property Professionals in South Australia are delighted to present our first Boardroom series event for 2020 hosted by Colliers International.

The YPP Boardroom series is a unique opportunity for Young Property Professionals to engage with both young and senior professionals at the forefront of the Adelaide property industry.

Our panel will profile their roles within the industry and pass on some of their projections they have for 2020, followed by a Q&A session.

During the 26 years that James Young has been with Colliers International he has worked in various national and international markets.  James has predominantly focused on business development at the institutional and major private Lessor and Developer level and on satisfying the accommodation needs of major space users in commercial office leasing markets.

James also works closely with the State Government. Leasing appointments of note include the Tonsley Innovation Precinct and, more recently, the old Royal Adelaide Hospital which is now known as Lot Fourteen.

In his role as State Chief Executive, James facilitates many opportunities throughout the local business on behalf of clients and customers of Colliers International.  Accordingly, his knowledge of South Australian property activity across all sectors is extensive.

Entering the property industry in 2005, Lisa has over a decade of experience in retail, commercial and industrial asset management. Lisa is an open minded professional with the ability to resolve conflicts, manage difficult situations and handle heavy workloads with a positive outlook. working for major agencies and owners has enabled her to be involved with exciting large scale projects and develop and grow from these experiences.

During her time in the industry she has worked for tier one agencies and asset owners such as Mirvac, JLL, Brookfield Multiplex and of course Colliers International.

Prior to relocating to Adelaide, Lisa thoroughly enjoyed her role as State Director – Real Estate Management in Victoria. Lisa has now returned to her Property Management roots in her current role with Colliers based in Adelaide managing 1KW and 77 Grenfell Street for institutional owners.

 

Tom Isaksson

Investment Services

Tom is a Manager within the Adelaide Investment Services Team at Colliers International specialising in the sale of office and retail investments as well as development sites across South Australia. Tom benefits from a rounded understanding of property stemming from previous experience in Office Leasing, which followed a Bachelor of Business (Property) from The University of South Australia.

Tom originally joined Colliers International in late 2014 as Database Administrator assisting the Valuations & Advisory Services team in undertaking office, retail and industrial sales analysis.

Senior Executive
Transaction Services | Agribusiness

Nick is a Senior Executive in the Agribusiness Transaction Team in Adelaide focussing on the divestment of rural assets across a broad range of farming sectors, representing private family, corporate and institutional clients across Australia.. Nick predominantly specialises in the divestment of wine industry assets across McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek.
