The API and REIV take pride in delivering to members the annual State of the Market Seminar which is always both substantive and  topical.  

The seminar will cover  five integral market areas that includes:  Retail, Residential, Commercial, Industrial with the keynote address being committed to the Economic Forecast.

Tony is currently Savills National Head of Research based in the Melbourne office where he works with a team of nine researchers and oversees the production of over 250 reports a year. In addition to this Tony works across the sales, leasing, valuations and management divisions of Savills working closely with the teams and their clients.

Angus McNaughton joined Vicinity Centres in August 2015 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector. Previously, Angus was the Managing Director and CEO of Novion Property Group (Novion). Before Novion, Angus held a number of roles within Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) including Managing Director of Property, Head of Wholesale Property and Chief Executive of the Manager of Kiwi Income Property Trust in New Zealand (now known as Kiwi Property Group Limited).

Angus is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Director of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, and a Property Male Champion of Change.

Robert is a highly regarded contributor to the property industry and is nationally renowned for the accuracy and relevance of his property insights.

Annabel joined JLL in April 2015 as Director and Head of Research in Victoria. She has a dual role and is responsible for the production of thought leadership papers, market research commentaries across office, industrial and retail and managing JLL’s residential research capability in Victoria.
 
Working closely with various business lines - Capital Markets, Leasing, Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation - Annabel has advised various JLL clients on a wide range of projects. She has presented to some of the largest domestic and offshore investors, institutions and developers.
