Eligibilty

  • Open to anyone with an interest in property
     

Application process

  • Online application via www.api.org.au
  • Membership is active once application has been completed and fee paid


Benefits & entitlements

Connect members may:

  • Nominate for the state & territory committee in their designated membership region
  • Vote in state & territory committee elections in their designated membership region
  • Participate in special interest groups, working groups and committees
  • Register for API events & courses at applicable member rates
  • Purchase products through the api store at applicable member rates
  • Access member only news, information, resources and rewards
  • Upgrade to higher level of membership if eligibility requirements are met

Connect members may not:

  • Nominate for API Ltd Board
  • Vote in API Ltd Board elections
  • Use any API post-nominals
  • Hold an API certification 
  • Participate in the APIV limited liability scheme

Ongoing requirements:

  • Payment of annual fee
  • No requirement for accrual of continuing professional development points
