Joseph Rennie is an Associate Memberand Certified Practicing Valuer of the Australian Property Institute.  He initially joined the API in 2007 as a student member.  After completing a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development from the University of Queensland and a trainee valuer program with McGees Property, I was successful in attaining my current Associate status in September 2009.

Relocating from Brisbane to Canberra in March 2011, he commenced employment with JLL in the ACT.  This included roles in valuation and lease management for a Commonwealth Government department.  

From May 2016, he has been employed by Knight Frank Valuations Canberra as a valuer undertaking a variety of commercial, retail and industrial valuation reporting performed within a strong team based culture.

Joseph has also been involved with the API's CPD program in the ACT.  Commencing as a CPD committee member in June 2015, I was nominated to the ACT CPD Chair position in September 2016. This is a voluntary role to assist the delivery of the CPD program.   His time in this role is primarily devoted to organising CPD forums and the CPD committee meetings.
