Valuer General Victoria
Daniel is a recent graduate from Deakin University who studied a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (Sustainability) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). During his studies Daniel was a committee member of the Deakin Property and Real Estate Alumni committee and a committee member of the Deakin Property and Real Estate Student Society (DPRESS), of which he was appointed president in 2016 and 2017.
Daniel has worked at the Valuer General Victoria since 2015, with three years being part-time as a trainee valuer and one year being a full-time assistant valuer. Daniel has worked in a range of Government valuations including Financial Reporting, Rating and Taxing, Asset Management and Compulsory Acquisition. More specifically, in the past 12 months, Daniel has worked in the Compulsory Acquisition team, dealing predominantly with Financial Loss on Sale claims, Hardship Purchase, Partial Acquisitions and working with major Victorian projects, such as the Melbourne Metro Rail Project.
