Sam Sibly

Sam completed his Bachelor of Business (Property) degree at the University of South Australia in 2018.  Commencing at Knight Frank as an Assistant Retail Valuer in January 2017 whilst studying fulltime, Sam has specialist knowledge in the valuation of retail assets across South Australia and the Northern Territory.  His experience predominantly includes the financial analysis of shopping centres ranging from neighbourhood to regional in classification, large format/bulky good precincts, and retail properties situated within “high street” locales.

His time with Knight Frank also includes experience as a Research Analyst, where he aided both the Valuation and Agency teams.  This comprised of tracking and analysing property trends and transactions throughout all specialisations across South Australia’s and Northern Territory’s commercial property markets.

Sam intends to continue his pursuit in attaining Associate Membership with the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status in 2019.
