Brendan Marino PMAPI
Assistant Valuer - Urbis

Brendan joined Urbis in 2016 as an Assistant Valuer. Throughout his time at Urbis, Brendan has worked across a range of asset classes, dealing primarily with compulsory acquisition, dispute resolution and statutory valuations matters. Brendan’s main areas of focus have been in the valuation of land, resolution of complex Site Value objections under the Land Valuation Act 2010 and the negotiation of compensation payable under the Acquisition of Land Act 1967.

Brendan completed his studies in Business Management (Major in Real Estate Development) at the University of Queensland in July 2017. His leadership and academic performance at University was acknowledged by his receipt of the annual Valuers Registration Board of Queensland Prize. During early study, Brendan also worked at McGees Property and later LMW: focusing on advisory and valuation disciplines at respective firms.

Brendan is working towards becoming an Associate Member of the Australia Property Institute and gaining registration with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland in early 2019.
