Talia Powell
Talia has been working in valuation for over four years including Rating and Taxing, Mortgage, Rental, Government Asset and Stamp Duty Valuations. Talia is currently working as an Asset Valuer at the Roads and Maritime Services working on a range of property classes. Previously she worked at Opteon and was part of the Youth Leadership Team and in 2017 she won the API NSW Young Property Professionals’ Young Leader Award. Talia is a Certified Practicing Valuer and completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) through Western Sydney University, and is currently studying a Master’s Degree through University of Newcastle.
