Simon Van Rooyen AAPI
Simon has been working in the property industry for four years across the disciplines of valuation, commercial property analysis and agency. His current role includes analytical output for the asset management, development management and capital markets teams. Simon is involved in the running of internal and external valuations, leasing assessments, development underwriting, purchase and sales analysis.
Simon previously worked at JLL as a qualified valuer specialising in commercial office in the CBD and as a member of the CBD Office leasing team. Simon is a member of the API Young Property Professionals committee and has a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS.
