Andrew Cash
Andrew is a Valuation Analyst at m3property with a focus towards industrial and commercial valuation within the Sydney metropolitan area, more particularly within the South Sydney and City Fringe markets. Andrew’s responsibilities consist of collecting and analysing sales and leasing data, liaising with clients and undertaking inspections, as well as assisting in the entire valuation process for industrial, commercial and mixed-use assets (existing and proposed) for asset reporting, acquisition and first mortgage security purposes.
Andrew commenced employment at m3property in 2017 and is currently pursuing becoming a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV).
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) at Western Sydney University.
