We are currently working with the development team to improve the user experience when using our new Member Portal and LMS. As a temporary measure, we have created this landing page to ensure you know the correct steps before going ahead and purchasing a webinar or event through our system.

 

For Members

Please be logged in before making a purchase in the LMS to ensure that you have access to member rates.

If you have yet to log in to the LMS or your new Member Portal for the first time, click here for a guide on how to do so. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to find events and webinars through the LMS.

 

For Non-Members

If you are not currently a Member with API, you need to create a profile prior to making a purchase:

  1. Go to https://portal.api.org.au
  2. Create a new account and follow the verification process
  3. Log in using the new username and password
  4. Once logged in to the Member Portal, click ‘LMS’ in the top right hand corner
  5. Navigate to ‘Upcoming Webinars and Events’ on the left menu
    1. If you don’t see any events listed here please call us 1800 111 274 or email [email protected] and we will fix this up for you.
  6. Once this step has been completed, you’ll instantly be able to see all of the webinars and courses available to you
