Call for Resolutions

In accordance with clause 14.3(b) of the Constitution, Members of the API who are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) are able to put forward resolutions to be tabled at an AGM.

Eligible Members means only Life Fellows, Fellows and Associate Members are eligible to submit resolutions for consideration at the AGM (clause 5.1 of the Constitution).

To be eligible to vote, and therefore put forward a resolution, membership fees must be paid for the current year. (clause 7.3 of the Constitution).

Call for Resolutions closes Monday, 28 April.
