Why Partner with the Australian Property Institute

API’s leadership and influence is a powerful association for our supporters and partners. As the peak membership body for the profession, the API is focused on forming meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with sponsors and partners. The Australian Property Institute places a high value in servicing our partnership organisations. Our intent when forming a sponsorship is to forge a mutually beneficial relationship that aligns values and objectives. Our focus is on securing lasting partnerships, rather than cultivating a large sponsorship pool.

A partnership with the API will enable your organisation to:

  • Establish and enhance brand awareness through showcasing products and services to the profession.
  • Develop an integrated marketing and promotional campaign to support business objectives and drive sales.
  • Build connections and relationships with key industry representatives.
  • Position your organisation as a leader and ‘go-to authority’ for the property profession throughout Australia.
  • Be informed about the trends and issues affecting property practitioners, enabling your organisation to tailor and leverage its approach to the profession.

The API has a wide range of opportunities for companies to promote their services and brand to Members of the API.  However, partnering with the API is about more than just reaching the API Membership base.

Some of the available benefits include:

  • Event Partnerships
API professional development and networking events are promoted to and attended by an even broader base than the API already has in its membership ranks. A wide variety of opportunities exist including hosting, sponsorship, trade display, speaking roles, collateral and bespoke options.
  • Journal Advertising
The API's Australia and New Zealand Property Journal has a wide distribution base and a long shelf life which makes advertising a great way to promote your brand and services.  A array of options are available including advertising space, editorial, careers as well as content and feature specific promotion.
  • Website Promotion
The API's website is visited by API members, a broad range of professionals who visit the API website to access our Practice Standards and Guidance Notes as well as members of the public who are seeking more information about the work of the API and access to our Members.  Banner space, API shop and career listings are amongst the opportunities available.
  • Database Promotion
The API communicates to members, non-member subscribers and Australian Property Journal subscribers through targeted and national eDM’s on a regular basis. Opportunities exist to promote your company with advertising banners and content marketing.
  • API Social Media Promotion
The API has a variety of social media channels across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Promotional support can be provided through posts and photography in conjunction with overarching partnership campaigns.

Our events, publications, eDM’s, social media and website can be accessed by companies to promote their brand or services.

The API doesn't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach.  We understand that each company is looking for different outcomes from their marketing budget and the API is committed to working with you to create a package which meets your needs and we provide great value for money while providing access to a membership base that only the API can offer.
