The Australian Property Institute offers its members access to two benefits programs.
Details of the Benefits available are as follows:
QRI Lifestyle
QRI Lifestyle provides leisure and lifestyle offers, discounts and services to individual and corporate members. QRI Lifestyle has been operating since 1894 and originally was established for Queensland Rail employees. The organisation has since expanded and is now open to the general public so everyone can save time and money on their leisure and lifestyle.

NBSA (National Building and Surveying Alliance)
Formed in November 1999 the combined membership of the NBSA member Institutes is now almost 30,000. The NBSA is a cooperative formed for the primary purpose of providing the members of each Institute with the best possible service and benefits. Additionally, the NBSA provides a vehicle for joint activities and mutual cooperation between Institutes.

How to use this benefits scheme?
Financial members of the Institutes forming the NBSA are able to access the products and services listed below. To obtain the substantial savings offered you will, in most cases, need to either:
- Telephone the special reservation or contact numbers listed, and
- Quote the appropriate scheme numbers, or
- Identity yourself as a member of the NBSA.
