Accredited Courses

The Australian Property Institute, through the National Education Board, develops and provides advice on education, professional development and training, and entry requirements on behalf of members of the Institute on a national basis. The Board develops academic partnerships with education providers (Universities) to deliver the highest quality Higher Education Degrees and Postgraduate Courses focusing on property education across a broad spectrum and at a highly specialised level for Associate Membership and Certification. The API also develops partnerships with accredited TAFE Providers to deliver Advanced Diploma courses specific to valuation for Provisional Membership and (RPV) designation. All members of the Australian Property Institute are required to meet academic entry requirements, defined in the By-Laws and in the Membership Explanatory Notes.
