Accredited Post Graduate Courses

POST GRADUATE CONDITIONS APPLY*
Post Graduate Courses accredited by the API do not on their own meet the academic entry requirements for Associate Membership (including Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)). Instead, Post Graduate Courses are considered upgrade courses which, in conjunction with previous academic qualifications (and professional experience where applicable), may provide the additional qualifications required to meet the API's academic requirements. Any applicant wishing to undertake a postgraduate course for entry to the API should seek guidance from the API to ascertain which course of study should be undertaken to meet the academic entry standards.
